Ok cool, I'm kinda interested, but who the hell are you?
Great question! I'm Dr. Steve, a licensed and board certified counseling psychologist that also has specialized expertise in sport and performance psychology. What does this mean? It means I know a lot about the clinical realities of life such as stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as the culture of performance in sport, the arts, medicine, and business. Though there are more details in my bio, I wanted to just offer a little bit of a framework for why I know what I know and do what I do.
To put it short, you're in good hands.
